I find myself motivated by blue5361's post "Top provider move!"  

 
Here is a Top Last Move I experienced today with my 21-yr-old Viet spinner.  

 
I started with a new toy I recently bought called a "Rose" by applying it to her most personal "flower."  This toy is amazing BTW, and she had her 1st O (of about 8!) within 4 minutes!  

 
Anyway, we went through several positions and maneuvers, and she found herself holding my Cat when it was ready to blow the ultimate Meow. Normally, I like to finish with some type of penetration, but there was this devilish look in her eye, and she knew she wanted to get me there with an "old fashion" finish - which I gladly accepted.  

 
The Last Move: After several spasms left me spent, her right hand covered with my happiness, she lifted it to her mouth and said "Let's not let any of this go to waste" as she proceeded to lick her hand clean.  

 
If I weren't already spent, and wasn't 62 and out of shape, I would have popped again right there.  It was one of the hottest, most lustful actions I have ever seen.
