I've read in the comments section of several reviewers what a top flight, professional operation is run by the After Hours Agency.  I decided to book one of their providers; left an e-mail message which they promptly returned.  They gave me a phone number to call (the published number in TER had been disconnected).  I called the number and spoke to Amber, I think. Told her I wanted to arrange an appointment with Jai.  I wanted a weekend appointment and was told Jai didn't work every weekend.  I was directed to call back on Wednesay (my initial call was on a Monday) and they would tell me if Jai was available.  I called back, and this time left a message on the voice mail that answered.  Receiving no return call, I again called on Thursday, this time I did speak to Amber.  She said she would call Jai and get back to me, one way or the other.  Never heard anything since.  NOt a big deal but a well run business, of any sort, usually does have the decency to return calls.   Is this atypical of what most hobbyists have experianced with this agency, or does it just go with the territory.??
