Like some other reviewers have stated, the drive into the city can be a bit of a slog, DC traffic being what it is. Give yourself extra time. My appointment was great, on time, with a very welcoming reception and great performance. Your experience will most likely be better if you speak Spanish, I think her English is limited to strictly professional vocabulary. Book with confidence.
